On May 14th, the PlayStation Network’s service returned, but the PlayStation Store was not yet a part of the restored functionality. However, as of (June 1st), the PS Store has reopened! This means you can once again purchase and download Rockin’ Android’s selection of games and content from the PSN Store.

Thank you for dropping by the Rockin' Android booth to check out our games. We had a blast meeting our supporters face to face and answering all of your questions. This year AX was surprisingly busy for us, maybe it's due to the release of the Gundemonium Collection on the PlayStation Network or the very sexy Android girls. The Android girls passed out a whooping 10,000 postcards and stickers, so that was fantastic. Can't wait to come back next year, we'll have a new set-up and more games out on the PSN and PC. Shoot 'em ups are a rare breed, especially on the PlayStation Network. Aside from the Soldner-X series there isn't much to satisfy fans of the genre. The Gundemonium Collection features three games: Gundemonium Recollection, GundeadliGne, and Hitogata Happa. These aren't your typical shmups either. You see, the Gundemonium games are referred to as bullet-hell shoot 'em ups. It's as crazy as it sounds, and just as difficult.

Sony Online Entertainment and Rockin' Android Bring First-Ever Doujin Games to the PSN

WHAT: On June 15, 2010, Sony Online Entertainment and indie video game developer Rockin' Android will release the Gundemonium Collection on the PlayStation®Network. The arrival of the Gundemonium Collection marks the first doujin, or Japanese-indie "bullet hell' shooter games to hit the PlayStation Network. The action packed Gundemonium Collection can be purchased as a bundle for $14.99 or each of the three titles, Gundemonium Recollection, GundeadliGne, and Hitogata Happa, will be available individually for $5.99.

Another big page turns for Rockin' Android as company founder Enrique Galvez is featured on gaming news web channel Coin-Op TV Live later today. Going strong since the doujin videogame publisher released their first game last spring - SUGURI Perfect Collection - this is Rockin' Android's (and Mr. Galvez's) first big step toward opening a dialog with fans of the genre on the popular videogame web channel. No doubt, it'll be an exciting opportunity for doujin game fans to hear it from the mouth of the master, as well as post questions live during the show that Mr. Galvez may be able to answer. Rockin' Android launches SUGURI Perfect Edition - Hosts company panel at Anime Expo 2009

Rockin' Android will debut the official release of SUGURI Perfect Edition at this year's Anime Expo (July 2-5, 2009), held in the Los Angeles Convention Center. Newly formed videogame publisher Rockin' Android announced today during Game Developers Conference 2009 the U.S. release of five doujin videogame titles it has acquired, marking the very first time that rare and exclusive fan-created, anime-style games for the PC have ever been officially licensed and localized for commercial sale outside of Japan. Among the five titles, SUGURI Perfect Edition and GUNDEMONIUM Collection will be released for direct retail sale, while Flying Red Barrel -A Diary of a Little Aviator-, Qualia and Miku Miku will be exclusively available as download-only titles. All five titles are side-scrolling, shooting/fighting action games slated for a summer 2009 release.
