On May 14th, the PlayStation Network’s service returned, but the PlayStation Store was not yet a part of the restored functionality. However, as of (June 1st), the PS Store has reopened! This means you can once again purchase and download Rockin’ Android’s selection of games and content from the PSN Store.

Shoot 'em ups are a rare breed, especially on the PlayStation Network. Aside from the Soldner-X series there isn't much to satisfy fans of the genre. The Gundemonium Collection features three games: Gundemonium Recollection, GundeadliGne, and Hitogata Happa. These aren't your typical shmups either. You see, the Gundemonium games are referred to as bullet-hell shoot 'em ups. It's as crazy as it sounds, and just as difficult.

WHAT: On June 15, 2010, Sony Online Entertainment and indie video game developer Rockin' Android will release the Gundemonium Collection on the PlayStation®Network. The arrival of the Gundemonium Collection marks the first doujin, or Japanese-indie "bullet hell' shooter games to hit the PlayStation Network. The action packed Gundemonium Collection can be purchased as a bundle for $14.99 or each of the three titles, Gundemonium Recollection, GundeadliGne, and Hitogata Happa, will be available individually for $5.99.
